The SOS² Reptile Expo is back at Emperors Palace.
The SOS² Reptile Expo is the largest Reptile Expo of its kind in South Africa, attracting visitors from all over the country and abroad. Thousands of people have attended our expos over the years to browse our exhibitors offerings or to see all manner of fascinating reptiles on display. The SOS² Reptile Expo has proven to be the biggest expo of its kind in South Africa.

One is guaranteed to see a larger variety of reptiles on display than what any snake park or zoo in South Africa has to offer. Besides animals being sold, there are also a variety of cages, enclosures and accessories available, as well as clothing and educational courses being advertised.

This year with special guest Dav Kaufman of Dav Kaufman’s Reptile Adventures.

Dav travels the planet in search of reptiles and amphibians in wild, exotic places and also tours some of the most incredible private reptile facilities, visits amazing reptile expos, and goes behind-the-scenes at reptile zoos from all over the world!

The hotel say at Mondeor is nice. Rooms always clean. Staff ate friendly. Buffet breakfast is pleasant with a wide selection of fruit, pastries, cereal, warm breakfast food like eggs, bacon, sausages etc. Coffee, teas, water and fruit juice available. Casino is vibrant with lots of restaurants for every need.

The conference centre service was lacklustre and the facilities are somewhat dated. The conference centre is close to the airport, but a nightmare to get to from anywhere else because of traffic.

Redlo

Not so much the whole of Emperors Palace, more our hotel within it as there are many. It is rated 5 star but, sheets were dirty and service took forever.
