The SOS² Reptile Expo is back at Emperors Palace.
Step inside and discover thousands of reptiles, from tiny babies to impressive adults, including pythons, boas, corn snakes and more. You will also encounter hundreds of tarantulas and other creepy crawlies.
Spend the day exploring these fascinating creatures, learning from expert exhibitors, and even choosing a new pet to take home.
The SOS² Reptile Expo is the largest reptile expo of its kind in South Africa, attracting visitors from across the country and abroad to experience an incredible variety of reptiles on display.

Lovely place/palace friendly staff and excellent food with a feel like home ambience. Lots to do to experience a great time with family, friends and loved ones
The hotel say at Mondeor is nice. Rooms always clean. Staff ate friendly. Buffet breakfast is pleasant with a wide selection of fruit, pastries, cereal, warm breakfast food like eggs, bacon, sausages etc. Coffee, teas, water and fruit juice available. Casino is vibrant with lots of restaurants for every need.

The conference centre service was lacklustre and the facilities are somewhat dated. The conference centre is close to the airport, but a nightmare to get to from anywhere else because of traffic.
Not so much the whole of Emperors Palace, more our hotel within it as there are many. It is rated 5 star but, sheets were dirty and service took forever.
Watched the Atlantic Starr concert.

Limited stuff to, a great variaty of eating places and the aa avarage Casino with lit tables and slot machines.
Just had lunch at Ocean Basket. Relaxed for going on flight for a couple hours.
