Spreading Holiday Cheer
Wednesday, December 11, 2019
In an effort to uplift and assist the communities that fall in its catchment area, Emperors Palace’s Human Resources department has “adopted” the Matthew Ukhozi Foundation in Reiger Park which is a haven to about 300 children. Apart from earlier this year seeing to extensive maintenance to improve the foundation’s interim premises, donating linen, books and toys and spoiling the children with lunch and goodies on Mandela Day, Palace of Dreams staff also visited the facility on Thursday, December 5 to bring some festive cheer into the lives of the foundation’s pre-schoolers. Here the resort and casino’s Human Resources Manager, Ann Gradidge is pictured with Carleigh Adams who was one of nearly 300 youngsters who happily received gifts and lunch from the Palace of Dreams.
