Following the launch of the biggest wedding expo in the eastern suburbs of Johannesburg last year, Emperors Palace will be the proud host of the 2nd East Rand Wedding Show in the Centre Court on 25 and 26 July.  The event is an intimate boutique wedding show that will offer bridal couples over 140 expert suppliers, all under one roof. Visitors will be able to tap into multiple resources to find the magical inspiration, creative design, splendour and sophistication they need to make their wedding day dreams a reality.

“The East Rand Wedding Show will provide brides with a platform to meet with top suppliers in and around Gauteng, while enjoying a fun and festive atmosphere. Our brides, grooms, family and friends are encouraged to enjoy the day with us. There is so much to see and do on our show premises,” comments Laura Hanc, Managing Director for the East Rand Wedding Show.

Bridal couples can look forward fashion shows that will showcase the latest in bridal and groom fashions in an elaborate runway production. Along with beautiful models wearing gorgeous gowns and suits, the event will also feature live entertainment. A new element to the East Rand Wedding show is that it will raise awareness for breast cancer by selling raffle tickets to win a gorgeous wedding cake. Proceeds from the raffle sales will be donated to the Pink Drive, an organisation that Emperors Palace already shares an invaluable relationship with. “Brides and grooms will have a wonderful time and there will be lots of giveaways and special offers. Additionally two very lucky couples will walk away with the ultimate Win a Wedding prize. We couldn’t be more excited about this year’s show,” concludes Hanc.

Tickets are R100 per person when purchased at the door, with discount for tickets booked online at www.eastrandweddingshow.co.za. The Centre Court doors will open at 09h00 and the entrance fee includes a complimentary magazine and full day access to fashion shows and demonstrations.
