POINTS = PRIZE RULES

1. Eligibility: The Points Equal Prizes Promotion is only open to active Peermont Winners Circle Silver Winners Circle members. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Peermont reserve the right to verify the eligibility of winners.
2. How to Enter: Silver members will be evaluated over a one-week period based on Points earned through playing on Slots and/or Tables, being rewarded with merchandise in the following weeks:

Earn from 08 – 14  September to Redeem 15 – 18 September
Earn from 15 - 21 September to Redeem 22 - 25 September
Earn from 22 - 28 September to Redeem 29 Sep - 02 October

3. Prizes: Each winner will receive one (1) Winners Circle branded prize based on the ranking as seen on the property website emperorspalace.com for a total of one (1) prize. A prize may not be transferred and must be accepted as awarded. Winners may not request cash or a substitute prize; winners may not substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason, as determined by Peermont in its sole discretion. Prizes winners are required to collect their prizes during the collection week or forfeit the prize if not collected within the give time frame,
4. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by the active SMS contact number in the Winners Circle system within two (2) days following the winner selection. Peermont shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' phone’s technical issues or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the Prize within the seven (7) days collection period from the time award notification was sent, Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
5. Winners List: For the names of the official winners, please contact us at (Unit’s details) and request for your card number to be searched amongst the winner’s lists. No personal identifiable information will be shared. The winner may be required to furnish proof of identity and Winners Circle card in order to receive the Prize. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Promotion will be ineligible for the Prize and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Peermont reserves the right to modify these official promotion rules in any way or at any time or to modify, cancel or suspend this promotion should causes beyond Peermont’s control corrupts the administration, security or proper play of the Promotion, or for any reason that Peermont believes in good faith would be fair to the entrants and the conduct of the Promotion. In the event of cancellation or suspension, Peermont shall promptly send out a notice to such effect.
6. Exclusions: Any person who has been issued with a Banning notice, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into category of excluded persons is expressly prohibited from participating in this Promotion;
