New Graduates

On Wednesday morning, May 29 the Peermont Hotel School, a CSI initiative of Emperors Palace, which is funded by the Peermont Community Benefit Trust (PCBT), held its latest graduation ceremony at the Palace of Dreams’ Red Roman Shed. During the function 121 students graduated after successfully completing their four-month fully-funded skills course as chefs, waitrons and housekeepers. Pictured here are the thrilled youngsters who can now look forward to a better future having graduated as chefs. With them is PCBT Manager, Jenny Findlay (front sixth left) and Directors of Celo, the accredited training provider for the school, Jeanne Visagie (front fifth right) and Lehan Botha (back left).
