On Thursday evening, 27 October, the 15th annual Black Business Quarterly Awards, this year featuring Big Time Strategic Group as the Platinum sponsor, was held at Emperors Palace, with Minister in the Presidency for Planning, Performance, Monitoring, Evaluation and Administration, Jeff Radebe, as the keynote speaker.
