Garden of Lights Gives Back

It was a big day for the Peermont Children’s Trust and the Peermont Education Trust on Thursday, February 6 when Emperors Palace presented these two worthy causes with an amazing donation of R340 000 each. The money, proceeds raised during the Garden of Lights at the Palace of Dreams during the festive season, was handed to the Peermont Children’s Trust Administrator, Thomas Masango (left) by the resort’s General Manager for Hospitality, Rekha Bothma. A further R120 000 was given to 12 charities selected by 12 Emperors Palace employees (each received R10 000) and R150 000 was donated to the Reach for a Dream Foundation.
