Practical Training At PHS

Peermont Community Benefit Trust in association with Celo have identified an opportunity to establish the Peermont Hotel School (PHS) as part of their contribution to tourism development and community upliftment not only in Ekurhuleni, but South Africa.  Part of the course is practical training.

Notluthando Nxumalo (20), Gugulethu Saohatsi (21), and Thembisile Ntimane (AGE) from the Peermont Hotel School are three current learners doing their practicals at Flag Restaurant F.L.A.G. Café at the Peermont Metcourt Hotel. Sustainable and practical training is essential for skills development and the PHS is aiming to train young learners looking for a career in the hospitality industry.
