Chefs Square off in Cooking Competition

We put our chefs to the ultimate test in a Chopped-inspired chefs' competition held at the Peermont Hotel School. They were given set ingredients to create a starter, main and dessert with a few surprise elements to test creativity (like beef and wasabi, and Turkish delight and black garlic).
