BBQ Awards 2016 - Hennessy Businessman of the Year - Mteto Nyati

Chief Executive Officer of MTN South Africa, Mteto Nyati, was named the Hennessy Businessman of the Year at this year's Big Time Strategic Group Black Business Quarterly Awards, held at Emperors Palace on Thursday evening, 27 October. For Nyati, pictured here with Peermont Corporate Affairs Executive, Vusi Zwane, who was on hand to congratulate him on his achievement, this is not the first award he has received. The Fairlands-based businessman has won other accolades, such as being named one of Yale University’s World Fellows on Global Leadership, and he is also the recipient of the Male Business Personality of the Year award by the Oliver Transformation and Empowerment Awards.
